Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I had forgotten that it was an S-PVA, I was just excited to get away from a TN when I bought it.
I did do the factory reset and changed settings, neither had any effect.
Thanks so far.
Hi guys,
I was hoping that someone could provide some insight on a problem that I'm having with my monitor. It is out of warranty. It was left off for 3 months for the summer and when I came back, it initially turned on normally. However, after 10-30 seconds, it would go black unless turned off...
Yep, what he said.

Renovated my workstation for this upcoming semester. Before, it was my Macbook Pro all by itself (and a headphone amp). Headphones aren't pictured here, since I usually keep them in a drawer.

I'm trying to decide between the Dell S2409W and 24" Asus too. I've been leaning towards the Dell because I like the even bezel and design more (I plan on using portrait mode a lot), but the fact that its matte is throwing me off a bit. I've been using a glossy monitor for the past 4 years or so...
So the overwhelming consensus seems to be to go for the 1080p monitor, yeah? Are there any other brands I should be looking at? And where should I go for a better return policy on monitors?
OK, but that would raise it similarly on the laptop screen, which I wouldn't need. Either way, without any modifications, is this resolution going to be harder to use?
I'm gonna be buying the monitors + arms between now and Jan 14th (when I go back to school, although I do still have another...
