    Whoho!! :D Guess my burner and hard drive didn't want to be friends after all. When I swapped the burner with a dvd drive and it all started up ok! Thanks all for the help. Conclusion: Dont put a 160GB WD and a Plexwriter PX-W482ATA on the same IDE cable, they will not work together. :cool:
