Whoho!! :D Guess my burner and hard drive didn't want to be friends after all. When I swapped the burner with a dvd drive and it all started up ok! Thanks all for the help. Conclusion: Dont put a 160GB WD and a Plexwriter PX-W482ATA on the same IDE cable, they will not work together. :cool:

I already figured out that my problem is having a hard drive and a cd-burner on a single IDE. I did that by disconnecting the dvd burner and reader entirely and seeing that the comp will still freeze at the windows loading screen. But what bothers me is that I CAN start it in safe mode with all...

Sup all, I got this problem where if I put my hard drive on one IDE cable together with my cd burner, my comp will only load to the Windows loading screen and then just hang there. I can't put my burner on a separate cable as its taken up by a dvd burner and dvd reader. I tried messing around...

If I understand you problem correctly, then one solution would be to buy an ink refill kit. The thing only cost under $50 for enough colored and black ink to fill a small sink.
