I need a good 2u case that uses regular PSU and also comes with rails. I see tons of cheapie looking things on ebay. But I am hoping some of you have used some good ones and would point me to the right direction.

No support contracts here. The dollar figures are from my current budget. The bandwidth is from the current usage of one such machine in a rent a box deal from the planet.
I am not concerned over name brands, just performance within the budget. I fail to see how either of those ebay suggestions could outperform what Vertigo Acid proposed. Maybe I am missing something.

What would you grab from ebay? SCSI disks?
It does look like any mobo with built in SCSI is just about 100 bucks more, which is the same price you would pay for a standalone SCSI controller. The raptors are probably the best bet to stay in budget.
