    I need help trying to dual boot Ubuntu and Windows. I've done it many times before but this time the setup is a bit different. Windows will be booting from a SSD while Ubuntu from a HDD. I've tried all sorts of things but it just won't work.

    Okay so I have a choice of either the ASUS Sabertooth Z77, Asrock Z77 Fatality or the Asus Maximus V Formula. Problem is that the Maximus is my first choice but if I want it I have to wait a month for it. The other two I can get right now.
