Msata cache in tandem with ssd boot

I currently have a 840 Pro as my boot drive and would like to take advantage of the msata slot on my z77z up4. I can get a new Sandisk 128gb msata for 60 bucks from a friend. The speed is slower than my ssd. Is there any advantage to add the msata and will my ssd only be as fast as the weakest...

    Can't decide between 3570k and 3770 k

I imagine I can return it. I also knew about Haswell. Long story short.... My computer I have now has been overtaken by other members of the household and I have to fight for time to use my own computer. I didn't feel like waiting another month or two for Haswell to come out.

    New build locking up.

I'm hoping I found the problem and the fix was really this easy. One of the two pci-e power connectors was only plugged halfway into the card. Could that have been the problem, if not I'm sure it wasn't helping.

    New build locking up.

Ok, got the multimeter out and I'm reading 12.8v .... should have been 12.18 and 5.05v on the PSU. This is the reading from a molex connector. I used Prime95 ( still have it ) and it showed no problems, but honestly don't know if I'm using it correctly. I used Furmark also and it returned no...

Final selections of my build, opinions

I don't plan on changing the motherboard unless someone can give me a really good reason why I should spend money on the big names. I'm not close minded, so I'll take good advice if it's warranted.
