My laptop has a very loose power connection to the point where if I slightly move the power cord it will not be getting power anymore. That wasnt too bad when I had some battery left, but now my battery has also died so now everytime my cord is nudged a little my computer will shutoff...
First, my most important question is how do I boot from floppy or CD. I have them set as the #1 boot device and I cant get either of them to boot from a disk. I just installed a new mobo and I of course have to reinstall windows. I cant reinstall windows unless I boot from the CD or boot disks...

Would increasing CPU voltage possibly help video card problems? Ive tried all the drivers i can get ahold of and my card still crashes. I dont know what to do.
