I'm still trying to get the best setting but I've a doubt, since I found out that on gamma mode PC is 2.2 and MAC is 1.8.
-Since the monitor's "Standard" mode is calibrated at 6500K at 2.2 gamma, how the hell "Custom Color" mode is darker than standard?! @@ it should be at gamma 2.2 on both...
well, then I don't know what I've did to make it work :/

edit: my beeps are working! just installed the drivers ;)
btw, another setting that I've liked (less yellow/red than standard): Custom Color - 89, 91, 100 at 27/65 (brightness/contrast) and Gamma on MAC (standard mode is also using MAC gamma (2.2?), I think)
Here's my Aug/2014 rev00, standard preset at 27/65 is the best configuration for me (I've tried TFTCental settings but they are too much red).
almost no backlight bleeding (just like the review), but a little glow... no miracles on IPS :( I've however noticed a little bad uniformity on the...
actually, the u2415 reviewed by TFTCentral is also a Aug/2014 rev A00 and showed almost no backlight or large glow.
what do you guys think, cherry-picked monitor?
myself will also be switching from a HP w2207h (tn) which is a 2ms gtg monitor... as the u2415 is 8ms gtg, I was also a bit afraid that FPS type games would suffer from it...but I think the difference is quite neglectable
