This specifically i have not been able to get working on the CX48. Do you know some secret magic trick ? These resolutions always scale to fullscreen, even though i set all settings in NVCP as they should be. Scaling off and perform scaling on GPU and so forth.
I have a Philips OLED in my livingroom and the screenshift moves the picture a couple of pixels left and right every once in a while. My LG CX in the bedroom just seems to "zoom in" 1 pixel, so i believe it uses some other method. Since on my Philips i have still see my entire cursor in the top...
Meh, those support reps typically dont know enough to answer deep firmware related questions like that. Lets see what happens in the next couple weeks. LG said they would fix it.
I still dont get why you would buy 3 of these instead of a kickass VR setup. Seems like a no brainer for Sim pits, where you can look around and really feel like you are in the game :)
Ooooooh that explains it all :O i have been alternating between the HDMI cable to my livingroom OLED and this tv to couchgame from the single HDMI output on my Graphics card....cannot wait for the custom board 3080s with 2xHDMI....
Anyone else experiencing the PC icon being reset back to the HDMI icon in the Home Dashboard ? Happens almost everyday now, screwing up my settings, Auto brightness and input latency everytime :(

I tried turning Scaling Off and when i set the "TV" resolution in NVCP to 1440p 60hz, the image gets scaled "correctly" in the middle of the screen, all pixels correct size and clear.

Im in the same boat as you and tried to get the NO SCALING resolutions to work last week. No dice. This TV natively supports 1440p 120hz and 1080p 120hz, which means it will scale that to the full panel size regardless of what you set in the NVCP. Only 60hz resolutions will work "correctly" in...
