hey guys,
wasn't sure where to post this but i figured my little trouble has been persistant ever since i built my new rig.
anywho, if anyone could help- that would be super great.
so a couple of days ago i tired installing photoshop cs4; but an error came about saying that i can not...
i sure did, two nice coats of primer. the wish i had used a better quality black paint though, it's easily scratched. i may throw on a thin layer of matte varnish/finish to seal it up.
thanks!
second rig build, unsure of what exactly i'm doing with this one just yet....
i guess i thought i would give a try at case modding (on the small scale)

eh, budget isn't too much of an issue- so i'll do that, pick up the i7 920 and get another mobo. i figure i'm saving 160$ usd+shipping/duties so i should be able to spend about 250-300 on the mother board.
again, thank you for the tips!
i'm gunna stick with the...
i7 920
9800gtx+'s
and...
the intel board isn't good because it isn't good with handling overclocking?
reason why i keep sticking to the intel board is because i'd be purchasing this with intel's retail edge big deal- good price, can't beat it!
argh! ok cool, thanks for the tips guys.
i already own the two 9800gtx+'s and figure it may be a bit hard to get rid of them both..
if i were to stick with these two cards, switch it up and go for an i7 920 and an intel dx54so mobo and not over clock would that be ok? I mean, i should...
Hey guys,
So I'm looking to do a couple of upgrades with my current system and wanted to see if what I plan to do is really worth it right now or if I should wait for something better? I would be building the following system with these parts;
Intel Core 2 Q9300
Intel DP45SG Mother Board...
how did you resolve the issue?
i've been reading intensively on this issue and one possible issue was that the bio versions of the video cards were not the same.. i haven't check that out yet- but i'll give it a go soon
yea.. i have an i7 920 and dx58so mobo in the mail arriving shortly, but thats besides the point. i just wanted to have things running so i could compare.
i gave it a go- uninstalled all nvidia drivers, used driver clean and still doesn't work. i can have the two video cards plugged in connected properly and isn't slow anymore but sli is being recognized.
sigh. i think i've tried everything under the sun!
i really don't think it is...
awsome, i'll give that a try guys.
i did already try swapping out both cards and using them as singles and they work fine, so thats not the issue!
i'll keep you posted.
giving an update-
i uninstalled both the sound card and second video card
rebooted the pc and works like before, flawlessly.
reinstalled the sound card, rebooted and works just as well as before.
uninstalled the sound card, reinstalled the video card and the pc takes forever to boot!
