Pretty much looking at full upgrade as Ecypse is hinting at... CPU, Mobo, Ram... Looking at afew specs and doing some math this is what I'd Say... A 300 series Intel Board, an i7 8700 (k series if you Overclock), and 16GB of DDR4 (2666 is Fine)... You could use faster DDR4 but you'd only notice...
Honestly, I'd have liked to have seen the GPU offered as both RTX and GTX Versions... RTX like what we have and a NON Ray-Tracing GTX Version... Could in theory have THREE Classes; GTX, RTX, and Titan... Dang, What would the Titan cost?!? My Wallet is Scared...
As far as RT goes it's simple... It's new tech with new drivers... Things will improve with new drivers and as Devs learn how to better implement RT into games... I don't for-see miracles but marginal improvement over the course of maturing drivers... I''d be curious to see info on 9xx and 1xxx...
Mine said that I'm running Win10 Pro but have a Win10 Home Licence (I Know Better)... Reboot did nothing... Tried a known good key (Retail Box) and nothing... So I figured it's a AuthServer thing... Bingo...
Very True, far too many variables to account for in the print... Heck the table you sit the printer on can cause a print failure if it allows too much sway...
Mine arrived today... Super surprised as I only ordered on Sept 9th... Next Day via NewEgg... Comes with a quickstart paper, Hdmi to DVI Cable, and that's It... No Driver Disk (about time they did away with those).... Getting drivers now...
Orders via NewEgg are shipping now... I ordered at 10pm on Sept 9th and my card is shipping NOW... The card is an EVGA RTX 2080 Ti XC Ultra Gaming... Funny Note: Look at the Order Date and Amount Due...
I got an email from Newegg early today that said my pre-order was delayed until the 27th... From what I've read it seems that all 2080 ti cards for consumers are delayed... Some people are getting dates in early to mid October from retailers like Bestbuy...
I own this case and love it... Only issue I had is (like others) with the power led... I found that it leaks ALOT of blue light into the interior of the case... Great if you want blue lighting... I however created a small piece with cardboard that sections that light away leaving the case...
A quick search showed this is common issue... Seems to be a BIOS / Mobo issue...
Fix #1 shut down the PC and unplug the power supply for 10-15 minutes.... Plug in and power it up... SSD should be in boot menu now...
Fix #2 in BIOS disable CSM (Compatibility Support Module) , reboot and Re enable...
