    I have been building computers for over 4 years now and I know what I'm doing. I have infact closed my case and I ONLY touched the fan of the video card once barely stopping it to make sure thats where the noise was coming from... Anyways, I installed the drivers for the card and the noise...

    I'm 100% sure it's the videocard because simply stoping the fan on the card for a sec. with my finger is a big difference in noise... what OC program do you guys recommend me using to lower the fan speed on this thing? Doesn't nVidia have one?
