    Why dont people use vsync?

    Because running the video stress test on CSS and getting 60 is lame. I've never had problem with page tearing even getting well over 100fps, so I just don't use it.

    The screws are in a standard pattern at standard distances apart. If you are buying a microATX case, you will need a microATX motherboard.
