I have the fan set as pull. I experimented with push and pull and found no difference. I went with pull because it doesn't obstruct the RAM slots.

AM3+ and the AMD 900 series chipsets are about three years old now. It might be viable for some applications, but for me, my next build won't be AM3+.

What cooler are you running? Are you running them at stock speeds? Stock, the 4770k had a TDP of 84W while the TDP of the 8350 is 125W, meaning the 8350 does get a bit warmer.

It would be real nice to see an enthusiast G34 board with PCIe 3.0 support, USB 3.0, SLI/Crossfire to answer to Intel's X79 platform.

I see you're going for a 1TB class SSD. Considering you're doing video editing, I would throw in a spinner, something like a 3-4 TB drive.

I had a good experience with Asus RMA as well. I had an M4A87TD-EVO that crapped out. Got a new one in a week.

I swear by g-skill RAM. I have used it in a lot of builds with no issues. I'm running Mushkin Enhanced Blackline in my main rig and Corsair Vengeance Pro in my Hackintosh.
