I was having trouble oc'ing my w3520 because of this asus throttling crap...
Just cross-flashed version 0006 to my p6t deluxe v2...worked like a charm! Now happily stress testing at 4.5Ghz :D Thank you so much for the link...that throttling was really beginning to piss me off.
I ran my last 920 24/7 at around 85C for over 9 months straight without a problem...I'm sure the processor would have lived beyond it's usefulness, but I just bought a xeon so I sold it...

As long as there are guides to enable multi-GPU folding, I am definitely interested :)...I'm not very linux fluent, but have worked with it enough to feel comfortable giving this a shot.
Also, I think it would be a good idea to include a few utilities to test system stability...Anyway, good...
Here's what I would buy for a gaming rig if money wasn't an object...I'd probably stay away from the dual processor idea just because it's not going to offer any benefit for gaming...anyway, here goes:

The new version of VMware Player, 3.0.1, will not power up using 8 cpus- Just out of curiosity I disabled hyper-threading to see how/if it affects my frame times...Will post when I have results.
