BenQ BL2710PT Review: 2560x1440 Matte AHVA (AUO's Version of IPS/PLS)

I don't know if we misunderstood eachother. I meant that going from XL2420T to a BL2710PT gave me a much less snappy experience. I think it has more to do with input lag + gtg timers than pixel response in itself, which makes it feel like everything is going slightly in slowmotion. I must admit...

BenQ BL2710PT Review: 2560x1440 Matte AHVA (AUO's Version of IPS/PLS)

Well, as I've used a XL2420T for a while prior it felt sluggish. But I think switching to anything would, and that only took a short while to get used to. No complaints really input-lag wise. No dead pixels that I'm aware of. Love the extra workspace, esp when doing office work from home. There...

BenQ BL2710PT Review: 2560x1440 Matte AHVA (AUO's Version of IPS/PLS)

Got mine. Will take some getting used to, coming from a 120hz 24". It seems to do 72hz without issues though, so that helps some!

    PWM Flickering Monitors List

The big issue that I'm having with the XL2420T is that it's so bright (like most 3D monitors) that I have to have it at like 5-10 (of 100) brightness to get a good picture quality. Which in turn gives me what I assume is PWM-related headaches. As cerbul explained earlier, it still shines just as...

    Asus MX299Q 21:9 Monitor

I actually have a 29" Dell monitor at work and I'd not recommend that one (also I agree that 2.35:1 is horrible for office work, just have it on loan). You get to choose between good colors and horrible input lag, or acceptable (but high) input lag in game mode but absolute shit for colors. At...

    Asus MX299Q 21:9 Monitor

I've wondered this as well. I'm looking at maybe buying a 29" but can't decide between MX299Q, PB298Q or the LG EB one. Here in Sweden MX299Q is cheaper than PB298Q, has recieved excellent reviews from what I can see and has the same basic spec:s... so what's the difference?
