    I have a 6 year old setup. i5 3570k @4.2 GHz, 16 GB Ram, asus p8z77-v, seasonic x560 and a 1080p monitor and a GT 730 DDR5. I plan to stay with this setup for now. Please recommend me the best GPU that I can pair it with the 3570k without bottlenecking.

    Use the one from intel's website. It works fine provided u have select the corrected gpu driver.I have myself used. Asus does't update the newer drivers on their website.

    I don't have much idea about the motherboard but afaik vt-d support depends upon the processor.The i5/i7 4x70-k doesn't support vt-d afaik.

    I had the exact same problem some months ago and the psu was the culprit. system booted for half a second and then stopped. check the psu first with the paper clip test.

    if yes http://www.asrock.com/mb/spec/card.asp?Model=USB%203.0%20Card http://www.caldigit.com/avdrive/card_pciex.html I guess asrock card does not require any power at all as seen from image. The other one needs a floppy power connector though.
