    where is the static coming from? Have you checked your audio connections? Could be interference of some sort, The onboard soundcard could be going. If its from the speakers, unplug them, do you still get the noise?

    the H70 is set to exhaust. And i have the rear top fan as exhaust while the top front is an intake. With my side panel fan near the GPU set as exhaust. Still playing around with airflow in this case. opinions on cable management though?

    That right there is a dust filter i took out of my old thermaltake case for under the PSU. It slid right in between the rubber feet underneath the cm690.
