    I OC'd my new rig to 3.15ghz. After I did whenever I boot I have to push the power button twice before it will post. First push it automatically shuts off then I push button again and it fires right up..... I set back to default and it starts fine now! Is this something to worry about...

    Update Bios before OC?

    Do I need to update the Bios before I OC my system? I am affraid my system will be messed up if I flash it wrong. I heard that Raid arrays can get messed up when flashing the Bios! Is this a real problem?? I am running Bios version F2.

    Defrag Raid 0?

    I have 2 500gig Samsung HDD's in raid 0. I did the PC pitstop test and it said I need to defrag my C/ drive. I read somewhere that it is risky to run defrag on raid arrays, am I right or wrong? Also which defrag prog. works best? I have Vista Home prem. 64bit. thanks, Munch
