Building a new PC for a friend that is starting a veterinary practice. The computer will be used as peer workstation/server for 2-3 users using Surface Pro 3 tablets and needs to support system requirements to run vet software made by Avimark.

After comparing your option 1 and my build I have a couple questions.
Your CPU/Mobo deal cuts about $75 off the build price. The main reason I choose the EVGA mobo is the great reviews it got on newegg and additional bios options. I looked at the gigabyte mobo and it only had 5 reviews...
