    Here's something....It has started I noticed about a month ago and goes whenever I run the network setup wizard. The Subsystem Spooler App comes up as an error and asks to send error report or not. What is the subsystem spooler app? Could it have something to do with my issue?

    Can anyone help with any of this? I suppose this is a bump to gather attention again. I will be ordering a new router with VPN pass-through to see if that helps. Is US Robotics a good brand for routers? All I know they are good with is modems.
