    Yeah, the daughterboard is kind of awkward. I installed it in the Q11 with stock cooler, so it wasn't too much of an issue. I am in the process of installing it in the Q08 with a 620 Kuhler, and it has been the biggest PIA.

    That is super screwed up. Did you supply a proof of purchase at least? The whole serial number on the tab thing is incredibly silly (a quick google found someone else with the same issue, since they disposed of the tab thinking it was packaging).
