i don't know if my problem is the same as yours, but my comp cannot setup window (a blue screen error appear during installation). i end up realize that i plug my IDE to a secondary IDE (red) thats why it won't work, i plug my CD-Rom IDE cable back to Primary (blue) and it works.
nevermind i just solved the problem (found the answer in asus forum)
i plug the ide cd-rom cable into the red connector, and the guy said only the blue connector can boot into windows setup screen........yeah
but the cpu over voltage error still exist =(
