Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
As a general rule of thumb, if you want to dual boot Windows/Linux off the same drive, install Windows first followed by Linux. The best option is to use two SSD's/HDD's, have one with Linux and the other with Windows using their own...
I just finished Death Stranding, it's literally taken me years. What an epic game, the plot twists, the emotional trek in the end. I struggled to get into it at first, but I'm so glad I finally made the decision to sit there and work out the...
I run an RTX 4070S with 12GB of vram, and at 2560x1440 with settings maxed out in many games and RT as well as PB RT enabled in those that support it, along with a touch of DLSS and FG at times (not all the time) - I never even get close to...
This is something I actually monitor from time to time, and I've never come close to saturating the pcie bus playing games, even running 4k textures.
Agreed.
A GPU won't saturate the pcie bus at pcie 3.0 16x like M2 storage will. Having said that, the difference between pcie 3.0 and pcie 4.0 in relation M2 bandwidth isn't large enough to really notice a difference in daily use - and any M2 storage...
Welp, Neo just went up $100 in price for both configs.

Looks like price increases across the lineup for Apple. Macbook Air starts at 1299 and the Macbook Pro at 1999 now.
Except it wasn't really a price increase as the Steam Machine wasn't actually on sale at the time and the price was largely speculative. Once again, this is 100% due to the insatiable need for big US tech to create a market for AI where none...
Well partially in response to comments you made when I asked the question, although I now realize you were specifically referring to game HUD's, which I never questioned so I'm not sure why you focused on in game HUD's? And basically in response...
As an ex Nvidia Surround user for many years, I can understand this; but the possibility of games not running letterboxed in the center of the monitor in 16:9 mode puts me off UWS monitors. I haven't used NVS for many years now, and I have to say...
I'm not in the US, but I'm paying twice the price for DDR4 SODIMMS that I was paying only 18 months ago, and that's DDR4, DDR5 is even worse. That price has increased considerably in the last 6 months, and that's not including the staggering...
Executable or DLL hacks that get around many developers' lack of foresight or blatant ignorance regarding 21:9 & higher ratios.
I don't have a need for multiple monitors, which is why a super ultrawide is my definitive preference.
I'm not a fan of ultrawide monitors either. Dual monitors tend to have fewer problems and better utility in my opinion and for my use cases. A single, big monitor does not fit how I use my system.
