I think I've found the problem - at least I hope so. Removed one of the RAM dimm's. Got through 3DMark01SE and 3DMark05 successfully - scored 19566 and 4311 in those (I think that's ok considering everything is at stock (still 1.8Ghz)?). I'll have to do more testing with real games yet though.

I don't like bumping but please help, because I'll need to replace the part which is faulty asap. To add more problems - when I booted up today it just stayed on the Windows loading screen for ages; so I restarted. When it got into Windows the time/date is now wrong - and it said drivers for...

They are popular in the UK, and are supposedly decent PSU's. Anyhow, I don't have another PSU to check, so I'm still lost as to what I can do. :(

I've already got the Opteron, it's a socket 939 CAB2E (yea, not the best, but I'll see what I can do!). :)

As long as it allows me to overclock the Opteron to good speeds, I don't care if it's better or not - but from reading a bit it apparently is good, so hopefully. :p

OK, I've just ordered Opteron 144, Freezer 64 Pro, and Sapphire X800 GTO2. I suppose you are already guessing that I'm planning to unlock and overclock! ;) Basically I need advice on which motherboard and memory to buy. I was thinking of the Asus SLi Deluxe and 2 x 1GB of Crucial Value...
