Well, I don't have any idea, but since you are using wood try asking greensabbath for ideas. My ideas may not work, but try and get the wood wet and using heat, strength, etc to bend it to something you can use. Good luck!

well I dont have any pics/plants of my own to show off.... But by the thread tag, an image of a pc sporting a plant or two popped into my head. Then again I tend to be a little bit on the crazy side.

Sounds like a good idea if just modified a little bit... With the swiss cheese part don't go outside/get close to the fan circle. That way when you get your rad, you can do two things. First use a hole saw (hopefully you will have one by then) to cut the holes for the fans to make them clean...
