You probably don't want to go for the cheapest. I would recommend something like the 4550's or 9800gtx's as I think they are the best deal for the price.
I've been using my mx518 for years, and I love it. I tried out the G5, and I wasn't too happy with the weights. I guess I like lighter mouses.
I havent tried the death adder, but from my experiences with Razor, I think I would stay away from them. They don't feel right, and they seem fragile.
