Exactly. WinPE is fantastic.

Tried making one in a bootable environment but had an issue with booting into anything but legacy. Not saying I've given up on trying to make one, but I was looking for other options as well.

Looking for something that has multiple utilities in one bootable environment.

Need something that also runs diags. My biggest issue is when I had a bootable drive, it would only work in legacy.

I do not overclock and my system is set to default bios settings. I checked with CPUZ to see if my clock speed was going over the default numbers and everything seemed normal. My fans are already loud enough as it is. I do not think that would be the main issue as I haven't put a cap on...

So I decided to remount the plate differently and sure enough my temps have improved. But I'm still hitting 100 Celsius 2 min into prime 95

So I Looked at my mounting base on the bottom of my mobo and I noticed that my plate was resting on those two screws you have circled. The screws are not very big though, hardly seem to cause any issues with the mounting plate besides a little distention. Could that be my culprit?

I have the Asus Maximus VII Hero board and it seems it does like to overclock itself but it doesn't give a clear cut way to bring the system to stock.
