    I have the same cpu (3200+) on an Asus SLI mobo and I got it runing also at 2.4 ghz from 2.0 (FSB is 240 mhz 10x multiplier) at 1.4v I don't think you need that much. try it at 1.5v at the most and it will probably run fine.

    well, I decided to redo my cpu and getting 39C on idle. I also reseated my silencer on the 6800GT and getting about 55C idle compared to 78C before. Do these temps look fine to you guys?

    Well, being the hard headed person that I am, I applied some AS5 to my A64 3200+ and spreaded it all over the top core of the cpu and installed my XP-90.
