Since I already had the EVGA comfirm the new RMA of a 260 I am going to put this card in and if it doesn't work going to be doing some mixing and matching.

Its nice to see that another person also was getting screwed over by EVGA so i know im not alone :) And true their customer service does just fine but it's like they don't even test their cards coming out. Also-an 8800 gt runs most of the games today at pretty decent settings and paying...

yeah..I just emailed there support...trying to get a different card or money towards a different one. This whole process is just so exhausting though.

also I only had to pay the first time EVGA covered the cost the other times.

dude i upgraded my computer, but before i had a p4 3.2 ghz with a geforce fx 5600(fail). I ran all my settings pretty much on low but it worked fine. I only had 1.5 gigs of ram but i did have xp. I had cheap value ram 333mhz

well once again, my flash drive still hasnt gotten here. I upgraded to 3day shipping instead of that "new egg saver 3-7 day" crap. And of course bastards at ups mess it up lol. Its ok tho, but once i get it ima try putting truecrypt on it and update. Should come tomorrow...better. hah. Wow...
