    LED question

    To run them in series you would need multiple batteries 3.5v * 5 = 17.5v 17.5v / 1.5v ~~ 12(1.5v Batteries) If you go for Parallel you will need less. At least 3 to get above the rated voltage of the LEDs 4.5v. But in both cases you will need a resistor to not kill the LED so make sure you...

    I'm not sure a HDMI -> DVI will help anything. HDCP is also on the DVI...meaning the PS3 will still ask to handshake too fast. the only thing that changes from HDMI to DVI is the loss of digital audio. The video signal is the same on both thus carry the same HDCP.

    "Regular" AKA single DVI cables work to push the 1080p monitor. You can use Dual Link but there might not be much difference....it will all be based on Westinghouse's implementation of "Blanking" so it might be better or the exact same.

    I wish we actually had a release of some info direct from the source but eh. I'll wait for the AMD/ATI Dx10 Cards and see if either is willing to actually play with the still surviving (But diminishing) AGP market. And I do expect them to have less of a punch due to the lower bandwidth...

    I don't see why not....so far there are so many people with it who will say nothing bad about it (in terms of Major issues). WestingHouse might change the model or something but I don't think they would stop the sale of their 1080p monitors. The market for HD, TV or Computer Monitors, varies...

    So if you own a drive and the movies just remove the DRM. Keep in mind that the HD movies will use a lot of processing power so even though you have a HDCP compliant card it isn't going to be the best experience.
