No, its inside. Just my windows are wide open.Michigan winter.20-25*F outside. Big ass box fan pointed right at it, full speed. Yep, 13C is 55F but i was saying 20-30*F is less than 0*C (negatives). So my cpu was definitely warmer than inside ambient temps.

Whoops my bad, I meant to say that the outside temp is in the 20's F :D So that would make it in the negatives for celcius.

How could it be off? It seemed to show accurate temperatures with my stock heatsink. With the 13C temps the outside temperature was in the 20's.
