You would do better to spend more on a quality PSU.

For the fortron it says +12V1@15A, +12V2@15A Does this equal 30 total amps? Or is it just 15 amps?

no those are two seperate 12v rails each one has 15amps but NO dont go with that other psu it has only 63% efficiency (that sucks bad) and its gonna be louder with those two 80mm fans vs the one 120mm fan on the fortron not only that but the fortron is cheaper
 
Like cell_491 get the 500 blue storm. Get got finished putting my new blue storm in.
Very nice psu and unlike lots of others they actually underrate the power on their psu's instead of overrating them.
