Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
hmmm....i think you should just save your money for the long run because your system is still pretty good. maybe you might wanna purchase a bit more ram for your encoding and video editing task and your good to go.
hey pigwalk, ive ordered from directron before and they had a pretty good customer service. i ordered a case and i received it in time. i only ordered from them once though but i recommend them because i never had a hassle with them.
check out www.newegg.com www.pricegrabber.com www.zipzoomfly.com and www.mwave.com and see if you can find the right model of corsair memory on these sites. good luck
definitely check you heatsink. i remember when the temps of my athlon xp were high too and to cut it to the chase, it turned out that my thermalrigth SLK-800 had a big chunk of dust between the HsF and the fan. check your hsf and see if there is dust build-up around it.
