Looks like you can only pre-download from Blizzard if you actually brought the key via battlenet. Since we did not, there does not seem to be any way (via Blizzard) to download the game pre-release.
If this is not true, can someone point me in the right direction? Would like to download it...
Can i ask where you downloaded it? I have seen a couple of options, but i want to avoid a 7+ GB download unless i know what i am getting. Only way to be sure i guess is via blizzard
Just picked up a pre-order. Now gotta find somewhere to dl it prior to release date. Can't imagine how many thousands will be trying to dl from blizzard come 5/15
Typically, I have no issue buying from these sites. Obviously the developers have issue with this as they want to maximize their returns by getting the most money out of each person buying their product. Given the differing markets across regions, if certain regions attempted to sell MW3 for...
Ummm. Black Ops is # 3 and # 8 for multi player and single player respectively. Only CS is above it. Not sure what you are talking about as there are plenty of ppl playing it.
Oh, and based upon your comments, it is clear that you don't actually own Black Ops. Save us your rant.
If you...
I had one, but sold it as i could not get used to the shape. There was a bump where the ring finger on your right hand is (i.e. the finger beside your pinky) that I just could not get used to.
From memory, the battery was decent and I got around the 20 hour mark I think. The charging...

I also have the 3008WFP. Got it through a refurb seller on ebay. Note: There are a few threads about this guy in this forum. He was selling for around $850 with a 2 year warranty. I really like mine. Also had a 3007WFP-HC for a little while and am please with my choice to stick with the 3008WFP...
The shear number of cheaters (e.g. aimbots, wallhacks etc) gets quite ridiculous at times (on many occasions I have been in games with 3+ cheaters, at this point you just have to turn it off and go to bed). Love the game, despise the cheaters and am just not willing to pay $30 for some maps...
Not sure how accurate the "time" counter is in the service menu of the 3008WFP. Mine was sitting at around 500 hours after a few months used. Checked it today and it was reset to 0 hours (no idea how). After about an hour I turned my PC off. Turned the PC on again after about 8 hours and checked...
