Well, been testing again for a bit and something in the game is definitely hitting it hard. On initial load 3 threads were 100%. After a couple hours playing, almost all have hit that threshold.

Just tested and yeah, that looks like when it's happening. On loading.

Average over a play session is looking about 57%.

Next time I play i'll log it and let you know. It's been a great chip. Nearly 5 years old and going strong. I think it's just reaching it's limits.

It's just the max load per core over the course of a gaming session. I guess you could say both.

Yeah, I know it's only 100%, but having that many cores nearly maxed on a game is awful. lol

My 5600x is hitting 116% usage in HW Info.

I think ye 'ol 5600x may have reached the end of it's viability...🤣

I meant the perfect size for me. Obviously that's going to vary person to person.

Got my C2 yesterday and color me impressed. This thing really is the perfect size. And wow it just looks amazing.
