Yes, you are right. pinging no-ip returns the IP of protonvpn which is correct. Following socK 's comment, I removed the port forwarding rule from the router. I will give ZeroTier a go. Thanks

I am frustrated with all the email clients I have tried. They seem to be unable to connect to Exchange server and synchronise calendars. Same with hotmail. I have yet to find a decent email client.
