I'm sorry. I would pay anything for twitch, why? Including dealing with ads? Ha! Funny.

FBI Hacker Says Apple Are “Jerks” and “Evil Geniuses” for Encrypting iPhones

All 7 TSA master keys have been released to the public in 2016. But the TSA says it doesn't care because the locks are "peace of mind" for consumers and not actual security. If they really cared they would change the locks.

Sony Exec on Backwards Compatibility: Highly Requested, but Rarely Used

Right. I'd imagine that if backwards compatibility came with improved visuals and frame rates for old games, that could make the option more appealing, but it's 99% of the time the same, last gen experience.

Looking for a 1070 powered laptop - not MSI

I got the Gigabyte P35x v6 with 1070 GPU and 4K screen. It's extremely thin while still fully loaded. Lots of storage options, and battery life for non-gaming use is close to 6 hours, which is excellent.

    New MacBook Pro Touchbar Justified

There's nothing wrong with the iphone using an IPS screen. Lots of phones use IPS screens. The fact the 7+ is still only 1080p would be the legitimate complaint.

RX 480 is apparently killing pcie slots

Science Studio said the issue affected an old motherboard, but was fine on a newer Asus gaming board. I would also think motherboards that have supplemental power connectors for the PCI-E slots like the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H and GA-Z97X-UD5H would be fine too.

Hard Drive Reliability Stats From 1B Drive Hours

5 failures out of 207 isn't a very big sample, nor is 1 drive out of 47, especially when you look at the number of ST4000DM000 drives and even with 198 failures, that's stil 2.54%

Verizon Reports Sabotage as Workers Continue Strike

I just have to laugh over all of this. I don't know what bizarro world you worked in, but the in the average workplace these people would be fired, union or not. There's the possibility of the occasional work clique, where a small group of people at the office protect each other from getting in...
