Which would be the best solution for a dedicated PhysX card? For reference I'm running a 6850 as my main. I've tested and have enabled the use of a hybrid PhysX setup previously, but I am looking for a good single-slot card.

Interesting. The GTX 460 is great but I think I would be more interested in a single slot card instead so I might look into it a bit more.

I just followed those guidelines and it works great. You need to have both cards installed before you begin the process.

How many fps are you getting with your setup?

I just finished setting up my GTX 460 as a dedicated PhysX alongside my 6850. Dinking around by myself in-game the most I saw was 46% load on the 460. I basically used a corrosive SMG shot at the ground for particles, next to cloths and water, and threw some Slag grenades that sucks enemies...

Not likely. More in the 720p range. I think what I'm going to do is get her a GTX 560 and let it handle everything. It should be adequate with medium PhysX at 720p with Medium/High graphics. If she wants more we can also decide to grab another Nvidia card and use it as a dedicated PhysX...
