Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Went I try to start a program (Xsplit broadcaster) there is this odd clicking noise and the program crashes. The click sounds like it's coming from my psu which is scary. No stability issues, just the clicking noise and the program crashes. It worked once and hasn't worked since, only thing that...
Cnet has it's release posted as March 8th, I just might have to get one.
Edit for Cnet article:

You just need something like this
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=300-631
to go along with it, and for ~$160 shipped, I'm impressed.
Well... For that price I may as well get the sub now, and get a little more cable. Thanks! :D This should hopefully be a step up from my Dell speakers.
So I have
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=300-650&scqty=1
and
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=109-040&scqty=1
Sitting in my shopping cart. I'm wondering what else I would need to add a sub into this down the line?
Hm. Alright so I'll start looking for a new PSU. Do you think there is a good chance that price will change that much between now and say a month from now?
My current rig is starting to show it's age, and with the new AMD GPUs out recently I think a little upgrade might be in order.
My current rig (~2 years old) looks something like this:
COOLER MASTER Centurion 590 RC-590
ASUS P5Q Pro LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard
1x EVGA...
So I'll just chill till the S1283 comes back, should be find for awhile with out it, and if its just too much of a pain without the bracket I'll just have to wait.
Seeing were as I can't find the PS I originally picked out what are your thoughts on
PC Power & Cooling S61EPS 610W Continuous...
Thanks for the alternate retention bracket tiraides and I think I'm going to stick with the pro simply because it offers some expandability.
