Went I try to start a program (Xsplit broadcaster) there is this odd clicking noise and the program crashes. The click sounds like it's coming from my psu which is scary. No stability issues, just the clicking noise and the program crashes. It worked once and hasn't worked since, only thing that has really changed is an Adobe update. Anyone ever have a problem like this before?
