    I made a similar d'oh myself. I picked up a BIOSTAR TFORCE TA790GX with a BE-2400 for a good price and had planned on using both PCIE slots with folding GPUs. Apparently, the only way two cards can be used is with the two being in crossfire mode. One card in either slot, no problem...
