Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I was browsing through the menus and came across the contrast, set to 70. Is it set to this by default because leaving it at 100 will damage the monitor? Just kind of curious as to why they would default it to something less than optimal, dont want to damage my baby :) (No dead pixels, very...

I was at bestbuy today... had the same dilemma- 712N or 94P. Got the 94P... have like 8 dead pixels, however after playing Call of Duty on it, i will definitely be getting the replacement and not the refund. No ghosting, superior quality, i couldnt get any kills because i was too caught up in...

About the scalar, I dont see the benefit of that review at all. Why did they use an overclocked 3000+ instead of stock? Seems like the OC'd 3000+ is equiv to the 3500+ and the only other comparison offered is a non overclocked 2500+ barton. Kinda useless if you ask me..
Honestly dont know, starting first year of EE this fall :) Thanks for comments guys
Edit: To thermite paste, it's a deal with the retail 64 2800+, combo deal yields $10 mobo
Edit edit: nm i didnt catch deal in time:[ guess i'll get the platinum MSI for $100 more :(
Gonna be used for gaming/engineering programs... overclock after a year or so
