SG01 Revision Hidden in Neweggs Database?

It looks like silverstone have launched an updated version of the sg01 modelled on the sg02-f See http://www.silverstonetek.com/products/p_contents.php?pno=SG01-F&area=usa :) I note they're also recommending using their new NT-06 "Equip your SG01-F with NT06-E for the ultimate...

    Replacing Sugo advice....

Thanks for the great replies. Graphics - the speed of launch of new graphics cards these days never ceases to amaze - it doesn't seem 5 minutes since the 9 series was launched. Given the closeness of the dates I think I will wait to see what is on offer here. A little bit worried about the...

    Replacing Sugo advice....

Hi All, After running an AMD dual core NT06 system for a couple of years, its upgrade time. Firstly I dearly love my sg01 and since pulling it apart for even a small amount of time isn't an option a full replacement is now required. So this is the intended spec.. but the question is am I...

    Cooling in an SG-01

You can not fit a crossflow with an nt06. Check out the picture here and you'll see why http://www.sudhian.com/index.php?/articles/show/782/1

Why is there not a single pleasing SFF case out there?

I went with the SG01-evo. For me its the best looking SFF out there. Cooling options obvioulsy aren't as good as some other cases but i think Silverstone have recognised this and have made some good improvements with the introduction of the evo and the nt06. I'm running a 7900GTX and a 4800+...

    SFF PSU suggestions SG01

I assume you know you won't be able to fit the fan of the NT06 - the NT06 should be suitable for use with any power supply tho as you can see in the link below: http://www.sudhian.com/index.php?/articles/show/782/1 My enermax is shorter than the one shown in the picture so the whole...

    SFF PSU suggestions SG01

Using an enermax 620W (wanted the 500W but they'd sold out so I thought what the heck) in an SG01 with an NT06. Not heard of any probs with the enermax  but it seems fine so far (only 10 days in so early days). Max temperatures on CPU or GPU are 51C under load.

What is the safe temp on a SFF case?

I've just this weekend build almost similar spec to you except I'm running a dual core 4800+, a 7900GTX and a single drive which are the biggest difference of whihc I'm guessing the processor is likely to increase the temperatures the most. My specs and idle CPU times are below. SG01...

New SG01 build - advice please

Thanks to all those that have replied so far. I really like the style of the Silverstone case so I'll have to stick with that ;) From the advice so far, the asus is definately shelved and the gigabyte replaced with the MSI as an alternative to the Foxconn. My supplier has two listed...

New SG01 build - advice please

I’m about to invest in a new SFF to replace an aging shuttle system. These are the components so far but there are somethings I would welcome some advice on… These are the components that are fairly certain (but comments/feedback/experience still welcome) Case - SG01 Black Evolution with...
