This is happening on an elderly person's PC. I haven't had a chance to go over there but she says it just occurs. Never seen anything like it.

The sequence of events was, first a power surge causing a reboot.
Then another reboot after immediately logging back in to windows

Took out the video card ran on on board, seemed to be fine.
Thought it was the video card so took it in to microcenter, they tested and all good.
