    No , i can only buy here in Peru. GTX670 gigabyte is 480$ and EVGA FTW 670 is the same. HD7950's are more expensive, around 550-600$, that's too much. Think i will go with Gigabyte GTX670 OC :).

    Yep I uninstalled the drivers and ran driver sweeper in safemode. I'll try to do it again and see if the problem is fixed, if not well as you said i'll have to reinstall windows again i guess.
