    Correct... But getting the one with the heatsink is a better option since this drive is fast and does run hot :) For anyone wanting the version without the heatsink here is the amazon Link to get it for $159.98...

    MS said that 1809 was Re release on Nov 13, but no option of downloading the .ISO directly only via the Media Creation Tool.

    Figured out what the issue was... I Had to change BIOS settings from SATA to PCIe & from 2 lanes to 4 lanes.. and now the speed are entirely different...
