So i just got like a month ago a new computer with 2 bfg 7800 GT's in SLI and now they have the 7900gtx/gt so is it worth it go up to the 7900? i tihnk i still have enough time to return the cards....

mobo was dead.... The northbridge hsf came dislodged. I tried it with a new psu, new cpu, new everything and then tried everything in a new mobo... it actually looks like the northbridge chip started to melt! hehehe who knew you could melt a north bridge chip! Thanks for all your help

it was the motherboard, the northbridge was fried...somehow i bumped it and it had no contact with the chip anymore. I plugged it in again after getting a new psu...and a little puff of smoke came out...now everything is A-Okay! i had to get a new mobo...found a abit ic7-g at the local frys...
