Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Thank you for the reply. The manual says it supports up to 512MB modules (184 Pin Dimms).
It sounds like brand does not matter, but must the new DIMM be CAS2 just like the existing DIMM?
Thanks,

I have an old Epox motherboard with the Via KT266A running 1 stick of Mushkin 512MB PC2100 CAS2 "high performance" ram. There are two open slots. I need to get another 6 months out of this PC but the memory is almost running around 80% or greater. I'm running Windows XP and always have 2-4...
I'm looking for a PCI Wireless Adapter (G) to go with my Linksys WRT54G router. I'm inclined to get the Linksys card but they seem pricier than others - Netgear; D-Link; and other brands.
Should I stick with Linksys or will one of these other brands be just as good? Any recommendations...
I'm running a 939 board 4 memory slots with Sempon processor. I recently installed 2 x 512 dual channel but still have the original 256MB (one stick) sitting around. Is it worth it to install the single 256MB stick in the third slot, leaving the fourth slot empty?
Thanks,

Thanks for the advice. This is a 939 board using a Sempron processor. I plan to upgrade to a dual core at some point, but for now it will only be the Sempron.
That said, should I go with one stick or two? Also, if I go with two sticks, can I buy them in separate packages or must I purchase...
I'm using an Asus socket 939 motherboard with four memory slots. I plan to have a total of 1GB of RAM. Performance-wise, is it best to have 2 x 512 MB or a single stick of 1GB ?
Thanks,

The PC has a Sempon 3400 processor with 512MB of RAM and ntegrated video (ATI Xpress 200.)
The PC will...
I use a company laptop from my home and also take it on the road from time to time. I can use this comany laptop for personal use (email; MP3; etc) but I'd prefer to keep my personal data off the laptop's hard drive.
That said, I'm planning to keep my personal data on an external USB2...
I have a Gigabyte Radeon AGP 9550 w/ 256MB of RAM running the Omega 2.6.25 drivers.
I'm planning to purchase a Dell 2005FPW and would like to run it at the native 1680 x 1050 resolution. My card's documentation does not list the 1680 x 1050 resolution, but it sounds like the Omega Drivers...
