    Worth it to add 256MB to 1GB (2 x512) dual channel ?

    I'm running a 939 board 4 memory slots with Sempon processor. I recently installed 2 x 512 dual channel but still have the original 256MB (one stick) sitting around. Is it worth it to install the single 256MB stick in the third slot, leaving the fourth slot empty? Thanks, EXV
