Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro LED Problem - Help!

Hi. The LEDs on my Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro are stuck on and stuck on a single color. It also stays on whether or not the computer is powered on or not. I've tried changing it with the Gigabyte RGB Fusion software as well as just disabling it in the BIOS but neither have done anything to fix it...

I'm pulling my hair out - TT Core P5 Pump Mount

My preference would be to use pre-made mounting hardware. I could drill a hole into the chassis, but I've never done that before. It looks like I may have to go down this path. Any advice on what to do or any considerations before drilling would be appreciated.

I'm pulling my hair out - TT Core P5 Pump Mount

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I've got a 120mm fan mount and it doesn't fit. The plate that comes with the TT Core P5 that is supposed to be for mounting a pump to is a bit smaller than a 120mm fan.

I'm pulling my hair out - TT Core P5 Pump Mount

I've never done any hard mods to a case - i'm willing to give it a shot, but I've got no idea what to do.

I'm pulling my hair out - TT Core P5 Pump Mount

I've got a Watercool Heatkiller Tube/D5 Combo that I'm trying to mount to my TT Core P5, and I cannot find any mounting hardware that fits the little pump mounting bracket included in the case. I ordered something I thought would fit but it doesn't! Any help here would be appreciated and save me...

    2080S or 2070S???

Thanks for the tip on the monitor. I'll take a close look at it. I know water cooling does not make financial sense - I'm doing it for looks, noise, and mostly because I just like to tinker with things. Thanks for your thoughts.

    2080S or 2070S???

I know the 2070S is by far the better price/performance, but I'm also going to be buying a new monitor and watercooling my PC in the next few months. So, I've got a few questions: If I'm watercooling mostly for fun/looks but maybe a little overclocking, does it make any sense to buy anything...

    First time watercooling

Thanks for the response - very helpful. I'm actually looking at cross flow version of that radiator now to make running tubing a bit easier. I figure it won't make a difference except for where the fittings go. I posted this on the Linus Tech Tips forums as well and received a suggestion on...

    First time watercooling

I'm preparing for my first water-cooled build. I've been doing some reading and watching videos, but I wanted to get a reality check on what I'm thinking and ask a few questions. This will start as a CPU loop (9700k), but I'll be expanding it to add a GPU in the near future. My priorities are...

    First Build since 2011

It's only a 95 watt TDP - I don't think it will need anything too crazy since I'm not going to be overclocking it until I put it on water.

    First Build since 2011

Fair enough - I suppose I'm implying I'm not willing to take a chance on a budget offering but I don't really see the need of the high end features on a $300+ motherboard.

    First Build since 2011

Sorry - i should have clarified, but I was a bit tight on time. By durability, I guess I mean build quality. I'd like this to still be running 10 years from now (Hopefully not as my primary PC, though). I've had a couple motherboard issues over the years and it's just a pain to deal with, so...

    First Build since 2011

Good afternoon. Any comments on my build would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! I'm holding off on the video card for the moment - I'm building a new computer now because my current computer is starting to die. I don't love the GPU situation at the moment, and I'm happy waiting through the...
